I am thinking about what sort of program I am going to try to get back into shape. About 3 months ago I was playing ball in this school yard off Lamar Street when this clumsy guy went over my back. Was not a big deal really, stuff like that happens any time you get out on the court and mix it up for boards. Only this time I blew out my knee and I have been on crutches most of the time since.
