Sky Lanterns: Amazing Experience

Made up of oil paper and held in a bamboo frame; sky lanterns have amazing manifestation of creativity. Sky lanterns are airborne as the flame at the base of the lantern heats the air inside making the lantern less dense than the air outside. Because of being lighter, the lantern moves up and keeps on moving. It stays up for around twenty minutes and finally when the fame is put off; it flows down landing on the ground again. Sky lanterns signify wisdom and freedom. Also, in ancient Chinese culture the idea of letting your worries can be released with the lantern originated. This thought still lies behind the admirable practice of releasing hundreds of lanterns at the same time. People see the lanterns as carrying all the anxieties and fears with them, far away from reality. The silence with which the lanterns leave and they light up the sky gives a color of spirituality to the whole experience.

Christmas is a a great occasion and everyone is happy and in the party spirit. Everyone wants to make their Christmas the best one they’ve ever had. One of the biggest parts of Christmas day is when everyone sits around the table and pulls Christmas crackers. When people think of Christmas they often think of Christmas crackers. If you want to make your Christmas special you should definitely buy some Christmas crackers. You can get some cheap Christmas crackers and more expensive ones where the prizes are more interesting. It is funny how everyone gets so excited about the silly little cracker prizes and appalling jokes. Nevertheless, everybody loves Christmas crackers and that satisfying bang that they make when they are pulled. Christmas crackers look really good laid out on the Christmas dinner table as well. Christmas is a time of year when everyone loves to enjoy themselves and ‘have a laugh’. Crackers make people happy and that’s what Christmas is all about.
