For the Price

13 October, 2011 | | No Comment

I’ve had my DIY burglar alarm hooked up for several months now and could not be happier. The product is a great offer if you want something. I’m probably going to run a black sharpie over the label so it will not look as obvious it’s an alarm, and ideally the burglar will not go right to it. The only real guidance I’d give is that if you do begin using these on your door, that you perhaps put it at the end of the door instead of the top right where your guest’s heads will be once they come or go. It works and worth it. I realized that there is some controversy over the loudness of the alarm in the past critiques. I’d state that 99 out of 100 times the machine is going to do its job at deterring crime. I’ve had this for around fourteen days now and they work fantastic! On top of that is the price.

Not got your home secure yet? You probably should do. Most people don’t tend to worry about their homes being burgled or a victim of criminal activity as statistically there’s only a small chance you may fall victim to either of these, however it’s still a possibility you need to eliminate or help alleviate. To help stop criminal activity you can use CCTV cameras, these are proven to put off potential burglars and/or criminals in general – but for the utmost security and to help in any potential court situation, DVR Recorders are a perfect.

A CCTV Camera or cameras coupled with a DVR recorder will help you defend your home and valuables against thieves and criminals, which i’m sure most people will want to do. It shouldn’t stop here either – if you own a business this should be you next priority in safe-guarding, usually a business is worth more than the potential damage to a home.

Protecting My Young Daughter

My husband loves to collect guns, but I do not like that he leaves them all around the house. My daughter is only five months old right now, but I know that she will be crawling very soon. Once she starts to crawl, he really needs to put the guns in gun safes to keep them away from her. I think that I will buy him some for Christmas. My husband does not realize why I am so upset about the fact that he does not store his guns in a safe place. He keeps telling me that he had a lot of guns while he was growing up, so he does not even realize that they are dangerous. Sometimes, I wish that I had married somebody who cared a little bit more about our child’s safety. I worry about our daughter all day long, but he never even seems to care about her at all.

Protect Yourself and Your Family

There’s a silent and deadly killer out there, that’s waiting to attack you and your family. No, it’s not a ninja; while they are quite scary, this killer is much more insidious and difficult to track. I’m talking, of course, about carbon monoxide. This colorless, odorless gas can permeate your home without you noticing, and is highly toxic. Because it is imperceptible to human sensory systems, there is no easy way to tell if carbon monoxide levels in your home have reached unsafe levels. That’s why a carbon monoxide alarm is such an important component to your home. These alarms ensure that you know when your home contains too much of this noxious gas, so you can get your family out of the house and into safety. You should never take chances with your family’s health; using carbon monoxide detectors are a cheap and easy way to ensure that everyone is safe.

Sharing a Gym Locker

In gym class in 8th grade, we got to the point where we would need to bring in locks for different lockers each marking period. So, we all figured that the best way to go was a combination lock. So we all brought in our combo locks, except on the first day when I forgot mine. My good friend Steve said it was no problem though, and that I could borrow his locker. He wasn’t my good friend at the time, we were really just acquaintances, but we got to talking after that nice gesture he made, and we slowly became good friends. So when we grow old and look back on our past friendships, I’ll always remember that me and Steve grew close because of a combo lock, and I think it’s a cool little metaphor because a good friendship is tight like a lock, and you need a specific combination (of effort and emotion) to make it all work and click.
